Get the size right the first time
Our sizes follow the maker’s chart, which is cut closer than a US label. The letter on the tag is not the letter you wear at home — so do not order on it alone.
- 01Take a dress you already own and like the fit of. Lay it flat and measure across the bust, the waist and the hip, then double each figure.
- 02Compare with your own measurements taken over the underwear you plan to wear on the night.
- 03Between two sizes, take the larger one. A formal dress is easy to take in and hard to let out.
- 04Still unsure? Send us your bust, waist and hip in inches. We answer with a size within one business day — before you spend anything.
Color
What a screen does to satin
Satin reads lighter under a flash than it does in daylight, and every phone corrects color its own way. Burgundy can photograph plum; champagne can photograph gold.
So we name each shade plainly rather than inventing a name for it, and we photograph it as it comes. If the color that arrives is not the one you expected, it goes back within 14 days — that is the whole point of the window.

The shipping window is 6 to 10 business days, tracked from dispatch. Everything else is the part people forget: the try-on, and the tailor.

Care
Out of the box, into the evening
A ceremony dress travels folded. Four steps and the parcel stops showing.
01Hang it on a padded hanger the day it arrives. Most creases drop out on their own overnight.
02Steam on low, head moving. Never press directly on beading or sequins.
03Spot clean a mark with cold water and a white cloth — no rubbing.
04Dry clean after the event, then store it away from direct light.
