Which size should I order?
Each product page shows its chart in inches: S is US 2 to 4, M is 6 to 8, L is 10 to 12, XL is 14. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
2XL and up, or not sure: send your bust, waist and hip in inches to support@elsieaugust.com and we name your size within one business day.
How long does delivery take?
7 to 11 business days in total: two to three business days to pick, check and pack your order, then five to eight business days in transit. Orders placed after 2 pm MT are prepared the following business day. You receive a tracking number by email the moment the parcel leaves us.
Is shipping really free?
Every order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum, no threshold to reach and no express upsell at checkout.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. The price you see includes the applicable import duty, so nothing is due on delivery. Sales tax, where it applies to your state, is shown at checkout before you pay. If a carrier ever asks you for an extra import charge, send us the receipt and we refund it.
And if it does not suit me?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, unworn with the tags still attached. Write to support@elsieaugust.com with your order number: we reply with the address and the instructions within one business day. For a change of mind or a wrong size, the return shipping is yours and the item is refunded in full. A wrong item or a damaged one: we pay the return and refund everything, shipping included.
