Terms of service

These terms govern your use of elsieaugust.com and any order placed on it. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order in full if an item turns out to be unavailable, if the price shown was clearly wrong, or if we cannot verify the payment.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include applicable import duty. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.

Products

Dresses are photographed as faithfully as possible. Screens differ and satin reads lighter under flash than in daylight, so a small variation in shade is possible. Sizes follow the maker's chart, which is cut closer than a US label; write to us with your measurements and we will name the size before you order.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

Returns

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence.
