We refund to your original payment method once the dress reaches us and passes a check. The refund is issued within 5 business days of the parcel arriving, and your bank then takes its own 3 to 10 days to show it.

The fastest route is to order the size you want and return the one you have. It is quicker than a swap, and it stops your size selling out while a parcel is in transit.
