Shipping policy

Every order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum, no threshold to reach and no express upsell at checkout.

How long it takes

7 to 11 business days in total. Two to three business days to pick, check and pack your order, then five to eight business days in transit. Orders placed after 2 pm MT are prepared the following business day. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

You receive a tracking number by email the moment the parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not moved after three business days, write to us — we chase the carrier ourselves rather than asking you to.

If you have a date

Order at least three weeks before your event and you have room to spare. If your event is inside two weeks, email us BEFORE you order. We will tell you whether it arrives in time, and we will tell you no when the answer is no.

Where we ship

All fifty states and Washington DC. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

What it costs

Duties and taxes

Your order is dispatched from our production partners overseas. The price you see includes the applicable import duty, so nothing is due on delivery. Sales tax, where it applies to your state, is shown at checkout before you pay. If a carrier ever asks you for an extra import charge, send us the receipt at support@elsieaugust.com and we refund it.

If something goes wrong

A parcel marked delivered that you never received, a damaged box, a carrier that has stopped scanning: write to support@elsieaugust.com with your order number. We open the case with the carrier and keep you posted. You do not have to argue with anyone.
